The project is oriented to let the students acquire knowledge and skills about urban planning tools , to better deal with building design, with particular care about  the relationship between technical project and urban planning toward eco sustainable urban development and landscape requalification.

The lot is located between a productive area and a public park. In the neighborhood there are community facilities and a cycling path. The new urban context design will provide a green area, public facilities and a residential compound with a total area 15.400 m².
