"Districts are the medium-to-large sections of the city, conceived of as having two-dimensional extent, which the observer mentally enters “inside of”, and which are recognizable as having some common, identifying character. Always identifiable from the inside, they are also used for exterior reference if visible from outside"

BUDD

Inside the BUDD scenario, the 'students' district' is characterized by subgroups represented by different nationalities (16 states). This aspect shapes the results and presentations of the groups work. Indeed, this approach gives the possibility to create an internal international human and cultural value exchange. 
This exchange increases the adaptability and flexibility in relation to the others actors (as communities, etc.) 

BUDD scenario _ Districts as section of exchange opportunity

 

Districts are groups of actors, conditions, stages, states, and viewpoints that play important roles in the identity of the urban and academic system. 
Each district is “recognizable as having some common” goals, policy, roles, and hopes.
