Justin Timberlake's work has certainly not gone unnoticed. He has been nominated for 177 awards and received 74 from various organizations. He was nominated for the American Music Awards in 2003, 2007, and 2013. In 2003, Timberlake's album, Justified, received an award for Favorite Rock/Pop Album. In 2007, he won all of his nominations, which included Favorite Pop/Rock Male Artist, Favorite Pop/Rock Album, and Favorite Soul/R&B Album. In 2013, Justin Timberlake won awards for Favorite Pop/Rock Male Artist, Favorite Soul/R&B Male Artist, and Favorite Soul/R&B Album. For the Grammy awards, Timberlake won 9 out of 25 nominations from 2002 to 2014. These awards included Best Music Video, Best Rap Collaboration, Best R&B Songs, Best Male Pop Vocal Performance, Best Dance Recording, and Best Pop Vocal Album. For the MTV Video Music Awards, JT has won 11 out of his 22 nominations. These include Best Pop Video, Best Male Video, Best Dance Video, Male Artist of the Year, Quadruple Threat of the Year, Best Choreography in a Video, Most Earshattering Collaboration, Best Editing, Best Direction, and Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award. 

Charity work

 

Justin Timberlake has always been active in the Charity community. In his N'Sync days, the band created a program called "Challenge for Children" which helped raise money for a vast number of charities. Since its creation in 2001, The Justin Timberlake Foundation has worked towards funding music education programs within schools all over the country. Also, Timberlake donated $100,000 to the Wildlife Warriors in 2007, another $100,000 to the Memphis Rock N' Soul Museum, and another $100,000 to the Memphis Music Foundation in 2008. He has also hosted annual celebrity golf outings in order to raise money for the Shriners Hospital for Children. This golf outing was listed as the single most valuable celebrity endorsement in the US in 2009, raising over $9,000,000.
