Ash has been sound engineering for nearly 10 years. He has worked in a whole range of venues - Blackpool Tower, 53 Degrees, schools, churches, outdoors and various sized pubs. He has committed the past 10 years to studio and live sound, whilst also equipping himself as a graphic designer and video producer. He has studied all his specialist areas and has received top grades in every area. Ash has worked with bands/artists such as: Mike Dignam, Soulfly, Tom Milner, Chip K, Black Star Riders Failsafe and many more. He has also worked at venues and festivals such as: 53 Degrees, Kendal Calling, Marked Generation and more.

Josh Skorczewski
Co-Director
Since starting college Josh has had a passion for Live Sound, so he has done everything he can to become the best he can. For 10 years he has been playing guitar and is now one of the best guitarist you will ever meet. He now builds his own guitars as well as customising guitars, guitar pedals and welds together his own pedal boards.

James Gelson
Project Manager
James' first experience in working with PA systems was a small DJ system when he was 6 years old. He became a mobile DJ in 2007. He then decided to go Pro in 2010, which made him think more about upgrading PA systems, and eventually working in Live Sound. Since then, he has had numerous residencies at pubs and with bands, and is now currently employed at 53 Degrees, Preston, as part of the resident crew. James has worked all over the country working with live sound, taking him from Blackpool, to Nottingham. Some of the bands/artists he has worked with include: The Darkness, Soulfly, Gary Numan, and many more.

Conor Wilkinson
Studio & Live Technician
Being raised by the best bassist man can find, Conor has become a wizard with music. He is the best session drummer you could ask for, and is also pretty good on the old guitar. Over the past few years, Conor has become a highly skilled Studio & Live Technician. His choice for mics and mic placement would make anyone think he is a genius. If you ever want to find his drumming work, simply search for Curlyy Drummer or Conor Wilkinson.
