We all know that group projects don’t turn out what you plan it on being when you first start out. But I was wrong. I couldn’t ask for a better group that was given to me for our project. We all decided on what our titles were and what each and one us were responsible for. All of us did what we needed to do, if one teammate had a problem with their duties, one would step in and lend a hand.

I learned quite a bit from my experience from my teammates of Good Food Inc. Not all group projects are wasted time and left to one person. Each of my teammates; Nabil Mouannes, Daniel Jaen, John Dabbas, and Haocheng Guo contributed to the project equally. I can say as a group we learned how to work with each others schedules whether it be someone has work during one of the meetings or lives quite far away so we decided to meet somewhere convenient for all the members.

If it weren’t for this project I would not know how to delegate my time wisely and manage all of our schedules. I believe now if one of my clients asked for help on a website I could lend a helping hand to make their website look more professional. I hope that you enjoyed our project and our idea as much as we enjoyed working together on it.

My name is Haocheng Guo, the Chief Executive Officer of Good Food Inc. I transferred from Shanghai Normal University, Shanghai, China. Now, I am a junior at CSUN. As a Finance Major student, I have a good concept on making budgets. I have business plan experience during my study in my former university. As a matter of fact, I am good at making creative business ideas. This allows me to be the sole creator of the entire project.

During the project, I am always the most active person who gathers my teammates together to perform a better version of their plan. From the beginning of the project, the whole company concept is proposed by me. I have a good sense on what the needs are under the current society and creates good ideas on “how we can cease the opportunities to form our company”.

It took me several days to collect the information that the financial budget needed. I made a very clear budget for the company to make the plan more persuasive.

During the meetings, I raised questions on the company’s goal and what should be the company’s target audience. My professional opinions made myself a popular teammate.

At the final part of the project, I was responsible for the Power Point, which was a very important role for the company to win the sponsor. My concise performance gives a clear view on the entire project. I am also responsible for the editing of this website. I am proud to say that I am capable of multi-task works.

I am always an easy-going man when chatting, but when it comes to the project, I am a precise, strict and a diligent worker. A man like me is an asset to the company.

Daniel Jaen

My name is Daniel Jaen and I am a Salesman, Co-Web Designer, and Spokesman for Good Food Inc. As a salesman, I sell our product to maximize profit. In doing so, I cold call all over the country so people know the name Good Food INC.

Being a Co-Web Designer aids this expansion because not only do I have myself to represent the company but a website where people can actually obtain our service and read more information regarding it. I am also in charge of keeping up our social image on media. We like to stay undated and maintain accessibility from anywhere. As a Spokesman, I am the face of the company. I appear in the commercials, pamphlets, brochures, etc.

Having this responsibility I have to maintain a proper image. I am not only representing myself but a large company that has millions of dollars invested into it. If I were to slip up and be caught of an inappropriate action I will not only lose my job but leave a bad impression on the company causing potential revenue lose. This will exclude me from ever being able to apply for a job of this position again. With my time at Good Food Inc.

I plan to perform to the best of my abilities while maintaining a professional look. I will a strive for excellence in improving our company by applying everything I learn. For my weakness, I will overcome them by experiences and knowledge to better Good Food Inc.

Nabil Mouannes

Hello, I, Nabil Mouannes am the Chief Marketing Executive Officer of GoodFood Inc. I originally started in San Diego California. My first job was working for my father as a sales man. After I proved myself as an effective and vigilant employee, I was promoted to assistant lead marketer. While working I was continuing my education. I moved to Northridge California to attend California State University Northridge, to work to get my degree in business with an emphasis in marketing. In working to receive my marketing degree I grouped up with four other students to create GoodFood Inc. with my background in marketing I was a perfect fit for this company to help get the name out and begin making sales.

This group was an amazing experience for me. The group I was paired with really helped show me the importance of equal cooperation and how to adjust for others. After I learned and truly understood what the concept of our company was and what our short and long term goals were I volunteered to construct and coordinate a commercial for us to help generate revenue. To construct an effective commercial that will benefit the company I needed all team members’ opinions and help. I came up with the general idea of the commercial and the roles we would all play to make it as best as it could possibly be.

This commercial and all the hard work put into it should not be credited to me solely. Everything done in this business is a group effort and we all contribute equally continuously. From budgeting and organizing to creating the web site and generating sales. Every aspect of business is equally important and we all put in our hard work to create this amazing and successful company. I have learned a lot from all my partners and will now be able to improve as a person and business man in my everyday life.

John Dabbas

My name is John Dabbas; I am the web designer and consultant for Good food Inc. As a web designer I made the website in witch the whole companies is run on. As a consultant I have sell idea to other members of the board and as a team we develop and negotiate what is the best aspect to the company. The idea to this company has given us a world to conquer. Serving food and happiness one kitchen at a time

Working in a group such as this helped me discover the different tasks one must do in order to succeed. It is not always the easiest thing to do especially having so many different things happening at once. There have been so many factors that are associated in a group project that I have never thought possible. I a way I have come to realize this am how the work force for many jobs will be. As a student and employee I have seen two sides one community. One aspect is knowledge through a classroom and the other is knowledge to hands on experience. In this class I have gotten a taste of both those aspects plus more. This project has not always been easy considering all members have many obstacles in each one of there life’s so the fact that this project got done is a professional manner is great to see.
