Community Transformation: Avondale

Avondale, located in the heart of Pompano Beach, is a magnificently diverse community with much to offer to South Florida.  However, economic hardship, racial and ethnic prejudice, crime, and social injustice has made maximizing this potential difficult for residents in the community.  By learning about Avondale and its residents, Coral Ridge has designed a Community Transformation Project which the Outreach Team is currently working to implement.  Learn more about it and the Avondale community here.
