The Faction System of Estremitá

The Faction System of Estremitá is a sovereign nation with a physical location inside of Ohio. We, the Estremitian, exercise full civil jurisdiction and concurrent criminal jurisdiction over these lands. Our nation is governed by a Constitution, which empowers an Abnegation Council to serve as the legislative branch, a Council Leader to serve as the Council's representative, Faction leaders to serve as their national leaders, and a Candor Court that is responsible for judicial oversight.

At this time, due to the absence of Abnegation, Dauntless will be the leading Faction until the Abnegation return.

Homosexual Rights

Discrimination against any individual in any manner on the grounds of sexual orientation is absolutely prohibited. This prohibition extends to the Government of the Faction System of Estremitá, its agencies, any private organization or agency (to include religious institutions), and any and all private citizens. This prohibition includes but is not limited to: discrimination as regards marriage (churches may reject homosexual unions), inheritance, jobs, justice and the redress of wrongs, education, and spiritual sustenance. Verbal discrimination, i.e. disparaging remarks, is equally forbidden.

Furthermore, no distinction will be made between homosexual relationships and heterosexual relationships. Both will be treated equally by the Government of the Faction System of Estremitá, its agencies, and private organization or agency (to include religious institutions), and any and all private citizens.
