2011

Nagafuji Aoi originally joined Houkago Princess in November 2011 alongside Kobayashi Rena as a 2nd generation Cadet. She held the position of the Fluffy Chairman.

On December 10th 2011, both Aoi and Rena were promoted to Regular members of Houkago Princess, the same day that Yamaguchi Mai graduated.

2013
On June 30th 2013, Aoi graduated from Houkago Princess with the reason that she wished to focus on her studies.

In October 2013, it was revealed that Aoi would return to the entertainment industry in a new indie Idol unit, READY to KISS under the agency Get-Crazy. She reunited with three other former Houkago Princess members to create the unit.

2014

In early 2014, along with Shiraishi Rika, Aoi announced that she would leave READY to KISS.
