2010
Chiba Sakino was an original member of Houkago Princess, and joined the group before its initial debut in 2010. She was the fashion Chairman, and was known for her style and love of the fashion industry.

Since the groups debut, Sakino was one of Houkago Princesses more popular members and usually had a lead role in the songs alongside Odagiri Nana.

2012

On August 17th 2012, Sakino revealed her plans to graduate from the group to pursue a career in fashion. However before she could officially graduate the group, she changed her mind and took back the decision to leave the group.

2013

On July 5th 2013, Sakino announced her desire to graduate for a second time. This time, she was determined to leave the group in order to pursue her dream after realising that, despite loving Houkago Princess, she wanted to do something else and knew that she could not go on in the group as she was. On July 21st at Ruido K2, Sakino performed with Houkago Princess for the last time and held her Graduation ceremony along with Cadet member Aiuchi Kohana.

In September 2013, both Sakino and Noda Hitomi made a surprise announcement that they would be performing together as SakiHito. On September 28th, during their special live performance, they gave the surprise announcement that they would both debut in a new unit together in October.

In October 2013, Sakino debuted with the group READY to KISS under the agency Get-Crazy where she performs with former Houkago Princess members Noda Hitomi, Nagafuji Aoi and Kobayashi Rena.
