2012
Ayase Miho originally joined Houkago Princess in June 2012 as a 3rd generation Cadet. Of her generation mates, she was the final member to be promoted to the position of General member within Houkago Princess.

2013
On July 21st 2013, it was announced that Miho was promoted to the Regular lineup within the group. She was the final member of the 3rd generation to debut as a full member, a year and one month after her original debut in 2012.

Trivia
- Miho has previously participated in the Junior High Freestyle Swimming Tournament in Kanto.

- She has also participated in a prefectural tournament in Volleyball in Junior High. She played as the attacker.

- She shares her image colour with fellow generation member, Miran.

- Of the members, Miho is closest with her generation mate Yamaguchi Miran and Maika.

- She is close to former Houkago Princess member Shiraishi Rika, who she meets up with regularly.
