Partial planning

This package include some preliminary asistance, guidance, and coordination needs for the event. As the host of the vent you stay in control of making the decisions, you just don't want to have to worry about the last minute details and logistical issues. This package allows you to concentrate on the content of your presentation at your event.

 

  1. Achedule initial meeting 6-8 weeks before the event date
  2. Planning checklist will be shared with you to keep everything organozed as we approach the last few weeks prior to your event
  3. Telephone and E-mail consultation
  4. Site design- work with the chosen venue to fit the meeting- how the atendees will flow through, where the registration table will be
  5. Vendor confirmation 2 weeks prior to the event
  6. Assist with table and seating arrangement
  7. Arrange blocks of hotel rooms
  8. Contact and coordinate all final details with vendors
  9. Prepare event timeline for all involved
  10. Conduct dress rehearsals
  11. Registration table and display set up
  12. Greet guest
  13. Distribute event agendas
  14. Arrange seating cards
  15. Ensure that event starts on time
  16. Assist late comers as needed
  17. Keep event on schedule
  18. All necessary items are present
  19. Provide emergency kit
  20. Deliver final payment to vendors
  21. Arrange for transportation after or before the event
  22. Clean up
  23. Coordinate the return of rental equipment
  24. Overall event management to take care of any problem that may arise during your event, to include arriving 1- 2 hours before your event start and staying onsite for the duration of the event
  25. Schedule a follow up meeting to review the event
