Things to Know:

> Each signer physically be present, with acceptable ID at the time of services;

> Translation is not allowed during notarization;

> Original documents must be presented for all certification (vital records - birth, death) cannot be notarized.

Accepted Forms of Payment & Other Payment Information:

> All payment fees will be discussed and finalized with client during initial contact and before services begin.

> Cash & Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).

> For any credit card transaction, a 4% service charge will be included.

> For transactions OVER $40.00, payment by check is acceptable, with additional verification.  

> For any and all checks returned by bank for any reasons, a fee of $25.00 will be charged.

> For all mobile services (traveling to destination); a mileage/travel fee will be included, and will be discussed with client prior to arrangements.
