Supplier Requirements

All business enterprises must be 51 percent owned, operated and controlled by a minority, woman, disabled veteran, or lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender.

All new vendors must be pre-qualified by purchasing and / or a designated 3rd party Vendor Management firm aligned with MSHS (i.e.vendormate) and be certified as a small business.

Vendor must not be on the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) Excluded party List nor any other government suspended / disbarred list.

Vendor should be established an established business (3 years) prior to application.
