Once Your paper is accepted the registration process begins. you have to complete the following steps.

Step1 - Registration Fee It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the proceedings and included in the Technical Program.

If an author has got more than one accepted papers, there will be discount on additional papers registration. Fee includes listing the papers online in International Journal,

The CD media of the proceedings and publication in various issues of Journals, Lunch, Morning and Evening Snacks. Registration Fees.

Registration Detail on ICMETE 2019

1. Candidate are advised to visit our conference website regularly for updates
2. All Paper presenter & conference attendees require pre-registration.
3. Only registered participants are allowed to attend the conference.
4. Fill up separate registration form for each participants.
5. For online registration delegate has to do NEFT first and update the transaction ID on online gateway.
6. Students must include a letter from the HOD/Dean/Principal/Research Guide verifying their full-time student status.
7. At least one author of each accepted paper must register within a week of Acceptance present the paper at the conference in order to include the paper in the ICMETE 2019 Conference Proceedings and digitally available at SPRINGER.
8. Registration for pre-conference tutorial session will include tutorial materials, tea/coffee and lunch.

Email a single zip file named XXX.zip/XXX.rar where XXX is Easy Chair Paper Id containing following files to icmete2019@gmail.com having subject as "Registration for Paper Id_XXX" :

1. Final Paper PDF File Submission (XXX_Cam ready.pdf)
2. Source File (XXX_ CamReady.DOC or XXX_CamReady.docs)
3. Registration Form (XXX_RegistrationForm.pdf)
4. Scanned Copy of E-receipt with Transaction (UTR) Number (XXX_EReceipt.pdf)
5. Scanned Copy of Student Identity Card (Full Time, If Applicable) (XXX_StudentID.pdf)
6. A doc files which will include “Response to Reviewer's Comments” of the reviewers and how the comments are addressed in the revised paper.
