old school new body exercises - Could It Really Make You Look And Feel Much younger?

Created by Steve and Becky Holman, the Old School New Body program addresses the scientific fact when we reach 40 years of age the aging process accelerates markedly if we don't provide our bodies with the right nutrients and proper exercise it needs.

Most other weight and health loss programs out today are targeted into the wide cross part of the open public. Maybe the creators bring to mind casting a wider net to hook more fish by themselves. Whereas the earlier School New Body Program is targeted to some specific age range of 35 or higher. That is a package of exercise and diet that decelerates aging and gets you looking up to a decade younger.

Steve and Becky advocate 5 rules to best fight the aging process: Forget reduced fat diets, Stop spinning (any kind of endurance training), Stop blaming everything on old age, Avoid chronic dehydration and Work out less. And all that is encompassed with what Steve and Becky call the F4X training system. F4X represents Focus 4 Exercise. The total system comprises an diet and exercise program that needs only 90 minutes of your time every week. It can be divided into 3 phases that depend on your own current fitness level and your chosen workout goals.

Phase 1 is termed the F4X Lean and here is where everybody begins. It introduces for your requirements basic routine of exercise and meal plan and enables you shed excess extra fat.

Phase 2 is referred to as the F4X Shape and also this phase is optional. It builds within the higher quantities of health and fitness you achieved in phase 1 to construct muscle and tone up. The meal and exercise plan are modified to help you build muscle and tone up.This phase is ideal for those not happy with just losing weight but want to go the next step.

Phase 3 is referred to as the F4X Build and again is optional. In this phase the exercise and meal plan is modified that may help you build some serious muscle. You can expect 15-30lbs of muscle.
