Ingredients

 

Avocado Smash

- 1 avocado 

- 50g feta cheese

- 1/2 lemon

- salt & pepper 

 

Tomato Bruschetta

- 1 tomato

- 1 bunch fresh basil 

- salt & pepper

 

Bread

- your choice of bread

(I prefer to use ciabatta or turkish bread)

 

Avocado Smash

 

To make the avocado smash all you need to do is:

 

-scoop avocado into a bowl and using a fork mash into a smooth thick paste

 

-add juice of half a lemon to the avocado and mix

 

-crumble feta into the avocado in small crumb sized pieces and mix

 

-add salt and pepper to taste

  

Tomato Bruschetta

 

To make the tomato bruschetta all you need to do is:

 

-dice the tomato and place in a bowl

 

-finely cut basil and mix through

 

-add salt and pepper to taste

Put it together

 

Toast a few pieces of bread, now all you have to do is put everything together. Put on a layer of the avocado smash and top with the tomato. Enjoy!
