Artist Statement

I am a photographer and textile artist.  I use a lot of textiles in my work. In like fashion, film has a grain to it, so I like to push that grain by adding something that has texture. I am continuing to look into using different types of fabrics. But, instead of incorporating the fabric in the photograph, I want to print the photograph onto fabric, especially something that I have personally woven.
