Because that is moving backwards. We have set the proper grade levelling of our profession to Assistant Electrical Engineering and Associate Electrical Engineering levels and instead of us being converted into Registered Electrical Engineers, we convert the REE's to define their calibre(A.E.E. or Asso.E.E.)
