Any document originated in California to use abroad need an Apostille.

 

What is an Apostille? A certification attached to your original document to verify it is legitimate and authentic so it will be accepted in one of the other countries.

 

What documents can be apostilled? power of attorney, birth certificates, death, marriage, divorce, diplomas, corporation documents, 

or any notarized document by a current commissioned Notary Public.

Do you have an Apostille rush service?

Yes, we have the capability of process your documents the same day that we receive them.

 

Can you ship the documents with the Apostille to another country?

Yes, the same day that we process them. The Apostille Request Form has a space to write the forwarding address. We include your email address so you also receive updates from FedEx when the documents enter the FedEx system and when those are hand delivered.

 

Can you translate the documents from English to Spanish?

Yes.  Just tell us what documents need translation in the Apostille Request Form. Hablamos espaƱol.

 

What is the procedure to get an Apostille for a Power of Attorney?

If it is not notarized yet, you can go to any UPS near you. Bring the document and the Apostille Request Form(already filled out) and they will notarize and ship the documents to us.
