I hate to even have to bring this up, but if watch the news at all, you'll understand why I feel I should at least mention the trustworthiness of their employees...

It is important to remember that even though a specific carpet cleaning company may have a great reputation, their employees may not be the best people to have in your home.  Considering that they will be working in relatively every room in your house, you will want to make sure that each employee is not only professional, but that they are also incredibly trustworthy.  

Question whether they are bonded or insured as these qualifications generally require a criminal background check. Also check to see if they are regularly drug tested.

This might sound like overkill, but these people will be in your how; possibly alone with you or other family members. There is no such thing as too careful when safety is at stake.

Spring is quickly approaching and with it comes a traditional activity that most of us like to call spring cleaning (Not that we really enjoy actually doing it of course ;-).
