Two New Thursday evening classes are coming to the Davis building in Petersham!!
Beginning December 5th
Join us at 3 West St. in Petersham on Thursdays at 5:30 PM for a 45 minute Vinyasa Flow class. We will move with the breath through a flowing series of postures designed to increase strength and flexibility while bringing mindfulness to your movement.
Following at 6:30 PM there will be a 60 minute Gentle Hatha Yoga class. Relax and unwind, with gentle postures and breathwork. A great follow up to the Vinyasa flow class and a wonderful way to end the day!
Classes at the Davis Building are $10 per drop in, $15 to attend both in the same evening.

The hectic holiday season has us living inside our head, managing our busyness and seasonal obligations while giving little mind to our wellness as a whole. Bringing awareness into your days can help prevent burnout. Slow your flow and practice mindfully moving and breathing through this practice to center, ground and move forward with intention.
Yoga is the journey to the Self, through the Self. Please join me in this practice of mindfully uniting breath and movement. Still the fluctuations of the mind, while stretching and strengthening the whole body. No experience needed, come as you are, yoga is for every body!
