The basic elements of this project are the clear expression of a few materials (zinc and wood), the proportions and the high responsibility of the building by adding life to the street.

We believe in the dynamization of the street by creating a direct relationship of the building with the street itself. The way that the building settles provides a formal spatial richness that can not go unnoticed by passerby.
