UTBU - UNHEALTHY TO BE UNKIND

DIRECTED BY TED JOHNSON May 5-8, 2011 Tickets: $10 each

The show is about a New York organization that is dedicated to the eradication of all unpleasant people. This organization, known as Unhealthy to be Unpleasant or UTBU, and their completely blind chief agent, William Uggims, are investigating the alleged unpleasantness of J. Francis Amber, a washed up stage actor who is waiting anxiously for the death of his ninety-four year-old mother in order to gain her inheritance. The outlandish plot presents the audience with an overbearing stage mother who meets an untimely end, a romance between a handsome young man and a bumbling, awkward girl, an exploding cigarette lighter, and so much more. UTBU is by James Kirkwood
