Reflections  on  KRD

I have a lot of enjoyable moment having lectures with Madam Suzana:

In KRD class, she always give simple but easy to understand explanation in class which really helps me to cope up in this course. She usually asks us to do the exercise and submit it in the class which is a good method as we need to actually do the job.In KRD i have learned many type of reactors, the difference and similarities of them. I also learned about many interesting things like how to do mole balance in reactor and how to do stoichiometric table.

REflections on CPDIC

CPDIC to me is a very challenging subject:

The lecturer will guide us in the class and ask us to do some exercises. He says,to be successful in this courses,we have to do a lot of exercises. So, in the class I understand like half of it.Then, I need to study by myself to get the other half. The lecturer also ask us to see him to ask what we don’t understand, which I think I will. What I learned in his class is basically about how to do the mass and energy balance which is very interesting. He also remind me of my ODE subject when he introduce the Laplace Transform and Taylor series Expansion. It is a really nostalgic experience and challenging to remember back what I had already learnt.

Reflections on  PSLP

PSLP is the one I like the most because it is the easiest one to learn:

The lecturer will first explain to us in lecture, then we will do group exercises. Exercises really help me to understand more about the lecture and I can say I understand most of his lectures. In PSLP, I learned about the safety in reactor which is a very important aspect.I also learned to explain how toxicants enter biological organisms and eliminated from biological organisms and I manage to understand how to explain how biological organisms respond to the dose of a toxicant. This course is easy to understand which is why it becomes my favourite.

Reflection on KRD Questions in the Board Game:

There are lots of questions could be derived from this subject. All that limits us

our imagination.

Reflection on cpdic Questions in the Board Game:

This one was the tough one. Because all the question here are all derivation. But

due to my understanding of the subject, I made a few interesting questions.

Reflection on pslp Questions in the Board Game:

The chapters on this subject are a lot based on equations. So asking the questions

in word form was all I needed to do.

Meet The Group Members!

reflections on board game

Our game is a more modern and sophisticated version of snake and ladder:

We apply some punishment characteristic which will spice up the game more. This game is simple and easy to play but it is really fun and you will willing to study just to play the game. I believe, this game could attract many players and students out there and it will be a bang.

Reflections on  2nd project

For this second mini-project , I found it very challenging mostly due to our busy schedule but it actually quite fun because l manage to push myself and try to work under pressure. We have to do some literature review which is a very good exercise for me as my academic writing skills have been dusty. I also have to do some HAZOP analysis which really helps me to know more about safety in reactors and plants which surely will be useful for my future.  In this project, I learned teamwork and tolerance are the key factor in any organization. We have to work together as a team in this project which really build our teamwork which is the factor for our completion in this project. This project also taught us how to be creative and really exposed us to a lot of process which we will be dealing in the future. It help to prepare us as a fully fledged engineer

Reflections on  2nd krd

For this course, I think it is really fun though quite tough because I really learn a lot of new things. The lecturer had implemented a new learning approach which I think is very good in order to increase the quality and productivity of the students which is the future engineer. At first, it is quite hard to adapt, but soon enough you will get used to it and realized this method is actually better and convenient.  The lectures are really interesting, as first we learned through video, and then the lecturer will teach us through exercise in the class. We got some projects, test and reflections which is fun but challenging. Alhamdulillah, I manage to get through it, which why I am here today. Overall, this course should be continued and this method of teaching must be introduced to other courses also.

Reflections on  2nd PSLP

For PSLP, I think this course is really fun and easy. The method that the lecturer used is very effective and easy to understand. He teaches us and then give use exercise in class. I really like this style because it helps me to remember. Within this course, I manage to know a lot about process safety which is very crucial in my in the future which I really thankful.

Reflections on 2nd cpdic

In this course, I learned a lot of new things. To me this course is the toughest but I still manage to endure it, for now.  The method of teaching quite well actually, but the subject itself is quite hard.  I learned a lot about closed loop stability which I found quite important and quite interesting as well. The content of the course will definitely helps me to be a good engineer one day.
