The Piper At the Gates of Dawn Overview

 

The Piper At the Gates of Dawn was the first album by Pink Floyd.  It was released in 1967 and has some inspirations from The Beatles Sgt. Peppers album. Piper was produced by Beatles engineer Norman Smith.  "It contains whimsical lyrics about space, scarecrows, gnomes, bicycles and fairy tales, along with psychedelic instrumental music."
